Workshop Bookings
A reservation is confirmed once Bali Jewelry Masterclass has confirmed the workshop date, time, and number of guests.
Regular bookings may be confirmed without a deposit. For larger groups, special arrangements, or certain bookings, we may request a deposit or advance payment to secure the reservation.
Pricing & Payment
The workshop price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation, even if our published prices change afterward.
For regular bookings, payment is made at the end of the workshop so that any agreed additional materials, add-ons, or extra workshop time can be included in the final amount.
Available payment methods will be communicated at the workshop.
Silver Material
Each standard workshop includes up to 6 grams of silver per guest.
The amount of silver required depends on the jewelry design, dimensions, ring size, and making process. The included 6 grams is a material allowance and does not guarantee that every design or size can be made within 6 grams.
If your chosen piece is estimated to require more than 6 grams, additional silver is charged at IDR 95,000 per gram.
Unused portions of the included silver allowance are not refundable, exchangeable, or provided separately as unused silver.
Material Estimates & Additional Costs
Before the workshop begins, we will review your chosen design, size, estimated silver requirement, and any optional add-ons with you.
If additional silver, gemstones, custom work, or other add-ons are required, the estimated additional cost will be explained before work begins.
No additional charge will be added without your prior approval.
Because jewelry is handmade, material requirements are estimates. Some material may be lost or remain as residue during the making process, and the final weight of your finished jewelry may therefore differ from the amount of material initially estimated.
Workshop Duration
The standard workshop duration is 2 hours.
Additional workshop time is charged at IDR 100,000 per hour, calculated in 30-minute increments (IDR 50,000 per additional 30 minutes).
Where a chosen design or customization is expected to require additional time, we will explain this before the workshop begins whenever reasonably possible.
Additional time caused by delays or operational issues on our side will not be charged to the guest.
Handmade Jewelry
Your jewelry is handmade by you with guidance from our instructors.
Our sample pieces and catalog designs are references. Because every piece is made by hand, your finished jewelry may not be 100% identical to a sample.
Small variations in shape, dimensions, texture, finishing, details, and overall appearance are a natural part of the handmade process.
Our instructors will guide you toward the agreed design while preserving the hands-on nature of the experience.
Workshop Safety
Jewelry making involves tools, heat, flame, machinery, and other equipment that must be used carefully.
Guests must follow instructor guidance and safety instructions throughout the workshop.
Our instructors may assist with or take over a particular step if they believe it would be safer to do so.
If a guest repeatedly ignores safety instructions or behaves in a way that may endanger themselves, other guests, our team, or the workshop environment, Bali Jewelry Masterclass reserves the right to stop that guest's participation.
Age Requirements
The minimum age to participate in the workshop is 12 years old.
Guests aged 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian during the workshop.
For younger participants, instructors may modify, assist with, or take over particular steps depending on the participant's ability and the safety requirements of the process.
Repairs & Modifications
Once your finished jewelry has been completed and taken home, subsequent repairs, resizing, refinishing, or other modifications may incur an additional repair or service charge.
Any applicable cost will be communicated before repair or modification work begins.
